Description

Boat only £5,500, a vintage Sporting vessel. Fully restored, in working condition. The vessel was bought in 2022 as a “Covid Project” she needed saving. She has some provenance, from 1990sto date but nothing about where she was built, by who and for who?.
Everything was stripped back to bare wood, repaired and refurbished. The hull has had strengthening fillets added to her, along the keel, epoxied in place and painted, aiding here waterproofness. There are hundreds of photos detailing every aspect of the restoration.

Construction

Clinker mahogany planked hull. with a long shallow keel. three quarter decked with varnished Quarter inch Mahogany sheet decking. All brass fastenings. Polished bronze deck fittings.
Topsides and hull. Paint finish both inside and out, cream and grey.
Canadian Rock Elm Ribs set into a Oak keel. Grey painted slated sole boards. Engine compartment with lid. Battery set in a separate secure mahogany topped box.

The trailer has two brand new Knott braked axles, new wheels and tyres and a knew Knott hitch for up to 3.5ton.Also replaced the roller pins and rubbers on the keel rollers.

Morse control single lever forward and reverse.
A stainless steel 10litre fuel tank.
Shaft driven to a triple bladed propeller sited within the patented John Kitchen steering gear 1915, all controlled by wires and cogs..
The engine and gearbox were fitted in the mid 1980s from the condition of the oil in the gearbox, it would seem she was never used.....
