The single SU carburettor has been rebuilt, a new fuel pump fitted and the fuel tank flushed and cleaned. Also, prop shaft seals also done. The Trailer is a genuine purpose built Albatross unit that has been rebuilt including, shot blasted, galvanised paint and top coat, new wheels and tyres and new suspension units fitted; cost £800. There is a file of invoices for parts and works.
The A Series were known as baby Rivas due to their beautiful lines and there are Albatross enthusiasts who have regularly met at Lake Como and the Monaco Classic annually.
