Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Kingfisher, an historic naval built vessel ideal as a weekend home, or small liveaboard. Kingfisher still has many original features, and provides surprising space for her size.
Kingfisher offers four berths in two cabins, a double in one that also has a separate toilet/shower cubicle, and a seating area in the saloon that can convert to another double berth or two singles.
The classically fitted saloon houses a log burner, and also has a galley area with a sink with hot and cold water, a small oven and hob, and storage.
The cockpit area houses a small fridge, and offers a comfortable navigation point whilst offering panoramic views when not cruising.
Externally Kingfisher has good deck space and appears to be in good condition. The Yanmar TNV4 50hp inboard engine was fitted brand new in 2007, and is fully operational.
There is a safety certificate for the log burner, and a new mattress for the double cabin. There is a new water pump, new electric cable and plugs to mains.
Overall, as a weekend or holiday home, or even as a full time live aboard, Kingfisher offers a very affordable alternative lifestyle.
