The boat as it is, is a fibre glass copy of a Sheringham boat called the Golden Jubilee. We build them to a pleasure boat finish using iroko hard wood and marine ply throughout. The engine we fit is a Beta 14hp 2 to 1 reduction gear box coupled to a 1¼ “stainless steel shaft and a bronze propeller. They have a 6½ gallon stainless steel tank, using copper pipes to feed the engine. The boat also comes fitted as standard an electric bilge pump, solar panel to charge batteries, anchor, chain and fenders.

Bush Baby is a very good example of the classic South Coast One Design.

'Sea Laughter 2' is a spacious 45' Motor Sailor, built in 1960 by Miller&Sons in Fife to fishing vessel standards. She has been commissioned as a pleasure yacht, with extra ballast keel for sailing. Fearnought is a beautiful 36ft. (29' 6" LWL) Gaff Cutter designed by Arthur Payne and built of Teak at Luke brothers yard, Hamble in1897. Her hull is of Carvel Teak on oak frames and is almost entirely original. She has a bolted on ballast keel with a with a cut away forefoot.
There is a huge amount of provenance with this boat including original extracts from The Yachting World from 1896/7 detailing her build progress. She was pictured sailing on the November 1998 cover of Classic Boat.
