"Thrombosis" is believed to be an ex-Lightship's vessel built in the U.K. in the 1930's. She is Mahogany on Oak and had a major refit between 2005 and 2008. She has been based in Cork Harbour for nearly 60 years. She comes with a 24HP Yanmar diesel engine, large cockpit, 2 berths, marine toilet and VHF. This classic is in very nice condition and is worth a look!

Yachting Brokers are pleased to present a beautiful 1923 classic motor yacht that has been lovingly restored. Registered on the National Historic Ships, she was built to private order in 1923 and subsequently purchased by the post office to operate in the Shetland Isles. Rumours abound that she was used for clandestine operations in World War II which resulted in her capture and scuttling. An immaculately presented Jack Powles 34foot classic river cruiser that has been lavishly cared for by her current owners.
In 2010 she had an extensive refurbishment which included a new coach roof which was then sheathed in fibre glass and gel coat finished to an amazing standard.
In 2016 The decks were given the same treatment and finished in grp gelcoat with antis lip added.
The hull was painted in white 2 pack paint which still looks as new today.
The side decks and stanchion fittings were also replaced and metal supports fitted to the underside of the new deck for added strength.
